And we make them by hand, liter by liter, which gives it the unique texture that the past gives.
Red mojo
Exquisite paprika mojo, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and salt.
Ideal for meats, fish, legumes and wrinkled potatoes.
Green Mojito
Fresh coriander green mojo with a touch of parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and salt.
Combine with fish, seafood, salads, pasta and goat cheese.
Mojo picón
Intense mojo picón of picona pepper, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, cumin and salt.
For any dish that you want to serve with a soft spicy touch.
Mojogrote
Made with Tindaya Cheese .
Raw goat's milk cheese matured for twelve months in olive oil.
As a starter with bread or sponge cake, on meat or warm white fish as butter.
